I know - you're thinking I must have meant to say dashboard "bells and whistles", in anticipation of bragging about some features of my vehicle.
No, I indeed meant what I said. For the last few days, my dashboard has been whistling....
Not often. Not on purpose - at least I hope not.
However, something in my dashboard is whistling, so it must mean something.
How though, does one approach a mechanic about this issue, and expect to be taken seriously??
Maybe I should just whistle down an open-minded service professional...

Yup. It is the funniest thing really. We will be chatting away and this quiet, short, yet audible "whistle" happens. Seems to be happening more often. Very strange, but kind of funny and seems SO fitting for one Mr. That Dan Guy!
Maybe the car got a dog recently??
