And now, the end is near…
Farewell, May! It’s been great knowin’ ya! Although you sure could have brought along a few warmer days this year, you didn’t do too bad overall. The snowfalls so late into the year was a bit of fun, once I got over gnashing my teeth in woe over those particular days…
But now, June is standing in the shadows, and I’d say from the looks of things, she’s wearing her summer bonnet. I might be wearing a summer bonnet myself, considering the goofy turn this post is taking this morning. Egads!!
For fun, I continue to post these updates on Safari (a Mac web-server product). I say “for fun” to be polite – the new version of Windows Explorer has a few cool Mac-like features, but overall is simply Windows at the end of the day. I need Picture Windows, not some little single-pane effort. Actually, every time I think of “pane”, and “Windows”, I admire the connection there.
Off to volunteer for the Canadian Diabetes Association this morning, Mrs. That Dan Guy and I – we’re helping out with the HSBC Marathon – I figure as long as I don’t actually have to run, walk or stagger myself, it’s literally the least I can do.
Cluck….OOOPS!!!! CHOW, for now!!
