Realizing lately that since my recent return to the full time "day job" work force, I will need to discipline myself a bit more if I hope to keep up with my writing commitments.

Like, for example - I may have to cut back on the 6-8 hours of TV a night I tend to enjoy. Although, watching David E Kelley insert  scenes into his own series discreetly expressing his disgust with banal reality TV programs is a bit too much to walk away from. Is there such a thing as speed viewing??

For another thing, I can't afford to toss and turn in bed until 2 AM, get up to watch informercials, and hope to be alert after work to write.

I may have to quit fretting about the rapidity with which my hair is vacating my scalp, mostly without having given sufficient notice. That should free up my cranium hamsters for more pressing issues.

Clearly, there is work to be done. I'll put some thought to that after my first siesta of the day...

Chow for now!!

Huh? Who has 6-8 hours per night? By the time we stop when we get home from work we have at best 3-4 hours, so I don't think that part of your rambling was accurate. I do, however, think the rest of it is. In a nutshell you should just stop worrying period! You have become a worry wart about EVERYTHING. Forget your scalp, forget the crazy drivers on the roads, forget it all and just DO!
    Thank you!
