As a writer, I have had many opportunities to read my work in front of an audience. This was from an event in Kelowna, British Columbia, at a quaint local art gallery whose name escapes me.

As you can see, the surroundings add something to the moment, a sort of ambience or clarity that a duller facility might not recreate.

Thank you, digital photography, for capturing the moment for future reference!
